Want to print notes in a standard word processing document. Using a spreadsheet to read notes is awkward at best

This is internal to your system. You should create reporting features that lets us print normal word processing documents so we can read our Notes by matter, client, date, etc. This is now done only by exporting to an Excel spreadsheet which makes a nice review of the notes entered over time extremely trying.

How often would you use this request?

Very often. I might want to see a report of the notes on a matter every day for different matters to review the activity as the matter progressed, to refresh my memory of things that may be cold as a file needs attention.
