Make .xls format invoices more usable by taking out cells that break up columns and prevent use of data.

The benefit of downloading an invoice in .xls format is to be able to run subtotals or examine how changes in entries would change results. But the system creates a spreadsheet with extraneous rows that break up columns making this very difficult. Also, the resulting spreadsheet does not use formulas to generate totals, so changes are difficult.
