Update Multiple Rates from Drafts

I know you can change rates globally, but would there be a way to update several rates (but not all) at the same time on the Draft invoices.... similar to the Copy/Move or Change Invoice Date options. Sometimes the rates change during the invoice ...

Font Color and Bold

We would like to be able to use dark gray instead of black on some matters that are currently inactive or on hold yet still need to be listed as active. We would also like to have the Bold option to bring attention to other matters.

BUG: Save & Duplicate on Time Entry forces a rate change

When entering time via Time Entry, if you use Save and Duplicate, the duplicated entry's rate changes because the Total Amount freezes at the original amount. TimeSolve changes the billing rate so that the equation works. Major error in time entry

Auto pay monthly invoices

I understand we can send invoices, then charge the card on file a few days later. It would be helpful to set an autopay feature so the monthly invoice amount is drafted on a certain date every month. Reoccurring payments can be set up in Law Pay, ...

Renaming the "pager" field to "Alt Phone"....

Ability to require responsible professional on new matters

I noticed that when you create a new matter, it does not require a responsible professional. Some firms may not need this, but it does make running aging reports by responsible professional difficult.
