Split billing by rate instead of time

Mediation clients can be confused by a bill that shows the full hourly rate, even though they are only being billed for their percentage of the time.

Font Color and Bold

We would like to be able to use dark gray instead of black on some matters that are currently inactive or on hold yet still need to be listed as active. We would also like to have the Bold option to bring attention to other matters.

BUG: Save & Duplicate on Time Entry forces a rate change

When entering time via Time Entry, if you use Save and Duplicate, the duplicated entry's rate changes because the Total Amount freezes at the original amount. TimeSolve changes the billing rate so that the equation works. Major error in time entry

Renaming the "pager" field to "Alt Phone"....

Ability to require responsible professional on new matters

I noticed that when you create a new matter, it does not require a responsible professional. Some firms may not need this, but it does make running aging reports by responsible professional difficult.

Type in client screen

Classification of client types on client details screen. The ability to edit the hard keyed client types and add specific types for our practice areas would be appreciated.

Add a Totals line on invoices to see the amount after discount but before Tax is added

A lot of clients come back to us asking if possible to see the total amount on their invoice once a discount is implemented but before vat is added. At present the discounted amount is directly + vat which lacks clarity.
