Invoice Discounts need Flat Fee option also, not only % options

We mostly give flat dollar amount discounts, not typically % discounts. Having both options would be very useful.

Adding letterhead firm logo on all invoices pages

When printing an invoice with multiple pages, the firm logo only appears in the first page. The firm logo should appear automatically to all invoices pages.

No Charge actually 0 amount due

The "No Charge" billing option doesn't 0 out the amount due. This is not intuitive by nature. When we select "No charge" it would be nice if it automatically made the entry 0 instead of having to adjust the rate or switch to fixed amount.
