Allow searching by task and subtask code on the time entry search screen

If I want to see all slips under a certain task or subtask, the only way to do it now is to put in the name of the task but if the name is something that would appear in a slip description also, it does not limit your search to only the task. By allowing to search by task code, you could eliminate this issue.

    Along the same line, batch-changing of task codes would be helpful.

    e.g., Timekeeper put a bunch of entries on the wrong task code. We search for task code, select those we need to change, and then batch-change them to the correct task code.

    We would like to see search by task code, as well, but to use to search for errors by timekeepers who put the wrong task code for a given client. Searching by task code and then being able to change the task code for that entry would be extremely helpful!
