Private notes field for time entries

as a timekeeper, sometimes I want to include a note to myself or to the billing attorney about a given entry, but I don't want to include it in the narrative lest it get missed and sent to the client. I want a private notes field that would appear...

Time entry summary report by quarter and time and expense together

It would be helpful to report the time entry summary by quarter. it would also be helpful to be able to run this report with time and expense on one report.

Add attachment/pdf to invoice

It would be helpful to be able to add a PDF attachment to an invoice easily, instead of having to add a zero expense. The zero expense does not allow you to remove the label "no charge" and most times the "no charge" does not apply

Sort the Professionals on the summary page by seniority

It would be helpful if on the summary page where the hours are summarized by employee and by task, if we could have the option for those to appear in order of seniority. So higher bill rate employees would appear at the top and all would be listed...

Adding Client emails and Responsible person to the "Invoice Summary with allocations report."

I use this report monthly and have the CSV report imported to send out mass emails.. This will facilitate my Collections process. I am aware of extra cost and i can discuss with my boss for approval.

Time Search page - Add "Description field blank" as search option

This would help in cleaning up billing entries at the end of every month. Rather than looking through entries for missing billing narratives (and often missing one), the ability to quickly find and edit them would be a significant time saver.

Ability to re-arrange the statement page so that the Trust Section is not last - people frequently think this is the amount do.

We have more clients than you would think who pay the trust balance as a monthly payment as it is the last balance on their statement. It would be very helpful to have this section first on the statement page and the total invoice balance due last.

Have currency marker show up invoice - $$$

Rate and amount columns on invoices don't show $ or other currency markers. Looks weird. Now, I go into PDFs of the invoice and manually edit the PDF to add them
