Relax the password change requirements

TimeSolv should update or relax their password change policy. As an admin user, I can setup our system to require updating every 30 to 360 days, but there is no "set it and forget it" option. Meaning at the very least, our professionals must update their password every 360 days (about once a year). This is so ridiculous! According to many experts, password changing is no longer necessary, and actually increases cyber-security risks, see article: https://www.sans.org/blog/time-for-password-expiration-to-die/

Additionally, it seems that TimeSolv is storing EVERY password our employees have ever used, and not just the five most recent passwords like their system states...
