Ability to re-arrange the statement page so that the Trust Section is not last - people frequently think this is the amount do.

We have more clients than you would think who pay the trust balance as a monthly payment as it is the last balance on their statement. It would be very helpful to have this section first on the statement page and the total invoice balance due last.

    We can't do anything about this. When client pay the balance in the trust account, we must call them and tell them what they did and return money to them. It is embarrassing to both the client for misreading the statement and paying hte bottom number and to us for having to call the and explain our invoices-which clients believe are confusing.
