Holding Time Hangups

When holding time on a draft invoice, the system hangs up and takes FOREVER for the time to be held. Then, when it finally is held, when you click the next edit to hold the next time entry, a blank window appears that is not for the next time entry.

Change the payment message to say "Thank you for your payment" Instead of "Invoice has already been paid".

Clients are expressing confusion because they get a message that says "Invoice has already been paid" after they pay an invoice, despite it being the first payment on a given invoice.

When using LEDES billing, the time description bleeds into the quantity and total columns

When LEDES billing is not used, all time entry descriptions are neat and pleasing to the eyes. When it is used, however, the time description continues to run into the other columns (or what would be columns) which makes it more difficult to read.

Significant delays in sending invoices from TimeSolv

We finalize draft invoices and send them from TimeSolv. However, during the beginning of the month, there are significant delays with TimeSolv from when we hit send to when the invoices are actually delivered to the recipient.
