The fact that you can't modify the invoices to say "sub-total" instead of "total" is disappointing. Unfortunately, when our clients see "total" they assume that is the total for the entire bill, but on a multi-matter invoice that isn't always the case. This has resulted in our clients making partial payments. As a work around we have to manually change "total" to "sub-total" in the PDF hundreds of time every billing cycle. This truly is a make or break issue at this point for us as we have to make several hundred manual corrections every month.
