Timekeeper Report for Progress on Annual Billable Hours Goal

I would like to have an automated or semi-automated way to customize reports to help timekeepers see their progress toward realizing their monthly and annual billable hours goals.

How often would you use this request?

I would use it at least monthly for each billable timekeeper and I imagine if users had access to this information, it would be a constant reference point. I believe it could be integrated into the calendar function on the Time tab.
