Invoice Period For Generating Invoices Should Be Based On Date Range Entered and Not First Date of Fee

When I generate Draft Invoices, I enter a date range for the month (ex. 7.01.23 - 7.31.23) for the Invoice Period on the Draft Invoice Screen. When the draft invoices generate, the Invoice Period shows the first date of the earliest fee entered through the last fee date entered on each matter. I need it to be the same for all invoices - as I type it in the Draft Invoices screen so I don't have to go in and change invoice dates on each invoice.
