Clarify "Total Amount to Pay" to "Total Amount to Pay (all Matters)"

Clarify for clients that an invoice is reflective of all Matters, where applicable.

Clients have indicated confusion when they receive multiple invoices (for multiple active matters) and it would help if the Total Amount to Pay indicated that it was applicable to all Matters in the total and in the matter summary.
