Need ability to set up new client offline

Do not always have time to go online, log in and fill in multiple tabs of info to properly set up client for billing.  Have periodic need to set up basics for a client account on the fly in order to quickly track time on initial consult.

How often would you use this request?

So far, I have had the need 4 times in last 2-3 weeks.

    I write the name of client on paper and track time and hope I find it when I actually have time to log in online and set up new client....
