Batch creation of retainer invoices

I would like to generate retainer invoices for multiple clients & matters at once. Much of my work is cyclical and I want to send out retainer invoices to all impacted clients at the beginning of each cycle.

~8 times a year, but for 99% of my clients

    Ideally I'd select the clients/matters ideally on a screen like making selections for the Time Entries report. The amount would be 1/2 the prior year's billing for that matter

    Thank you for the suggestion. Can you please share the criteria for the selection of clients/matters when generating these retainer invoices and how the amount will be determined?
