Bogus- I opted out of marketing emails which prevented me from receiving price increase notices, etc.

We received a price increase without receiving any notice. When I inquired I was advised that this was because I had opted out of marketing emails from TimeSolv and when I complained was advised "Currently, this is how we relay all important updates and notifications to our customers including updates to our pricing." IMHO, all important updates and notification to customers including pricing should be done through a separate email list - not as part of marketing emails which customers should be permitted to opt out of without the consequence of not receiving updates to pricing and other important updates.

    My apologies for the inconvenience. Your issue has been noted. We will make sure that important changing to pricing and terms of use are communicated separately in the future so that they are not ignored.
