Private notes field for time entries

as a timekeeper, sometimes I want to include a note to myself or to the billing attorney about a given entry, but I don't want to include it in the narrative lest it get missed and sent to the client. I want a private notes field that would appear on prebills but would not be included in client invoices.

    You can use Internal notes for this purpose. Under Time -> Settings, enable Internal Notes. You can customize the label as well.
