Add start and stop timer buttons to TimeSync and on Time list entries

We can currently enter a start time and end time or a duration when logging a time entry. It would be nice to have start and end time buttons to start and stop a timer. It would be even better to have these buttons and duration on the item in the Time list in TimeSync. This would make switching between clients easier to log additional time.

    Related to this, in the past I have found multiple timers running concurrently, and had one timer I forgot to end that ran all weekend. Some fail safes against those kinds of things would be nice.
