It would be helpful to set a reminder to follow up on an account - an email, during session pop up, or flag to follow up would be helpful to remind clients of expiring discounts, overdue invoices, etc. Currently I set reminders by generating an email to myself and delaying delivery, but it would be most efficient to be able to set a reminder, either attached to the invoice or the matter.
