In some cases, I have multiple matters under one top level client. But each matter is a separate account, with a different contact responsible for each matter. I would like to be able to run report such as "ledger entries" and "invoice payment summary with payment allocation" for one individual matter.
How often would you use this request?
varies depending on when clients have questions on their entire account history. It is important they see only their matter and not the second matter under the top level client.
