Please give option to not allow clients to save payment information

I set up a "Consultations" client for all my consultations because sometimes they don't hire or all they want is a consultation. Each consultation is a separate matter. I discovered, fortunately before it was a problem, that if any of those consultations saves their credit card or bank information, it becomes available to the other consultations. Can you please make it so I have the option to NOT allow them to save payment information. The alternative of creating a new client and new matter for each consultation would quickly become overwhelming and be cumbersome. I know I can monitor for if somebody saves and delete it but there is a risk that I may miss it and if I disclose another persons financial information, i risk ethical and financial liability.
