It would be nice not to have to send an automatic email when I set up automatic portal access. My preference would be to only send only one email with the invoice. Also, is there a way to have automatic portal access be the default? I giver every client automatic access and it seems redundant to have to set up a contact, then edit the contact, then check give portal access, then check give automatic portal access which then sends an email that I don't want to send. Then do an invoice for a consult and send another email. Why not when setting up the contact just click, give portal access (which would also give automatic access) and not send out an email.
