Add billed hours column to Revenue & Commissions report

Because most reports are based on the dates of time incurred & not the date of the invoices, I'm having a hard time calculating monthly revenue projections and employee effective rates.  I think adding the billed hours to the Revenue & Commissions report would make it easy to calculate effective rates and help to identify fees incurred in prior month(s) that were billed during the current month, because it can pull based on the invoice date without filtering out time incurred in prior periods.
