Allowed Payment Methods on Client Level or Bank Account Level

Trying to not allow clients to make retainer deposits with a credit card.

    Thanks, but you can't do this at a bank account level, right? For example, if I wanted to only receive ACH payments through our Trust account?

    Under Client -> Settings, you can set the Allowed Payment Method for the Client Portal.

    Please note that this option is only available to firms that process payments through TimeSolvPay
