Time calculator for manual time entry

For some clients, we use a single billing entry for each day. Manual time calculations may be prone to error.

The calulator will accept start time and end time (either 12- or 24-hour format) and calculate the time.

E.g.:

Start time - 1300

End time - 1345

(Calculated) Hours = 0.75


Requires error checking when entries include midnight (Start time of 2330 and end time of 0100 is 0.50 for end of calendar day and 1.00 for start of next calendar day).
