outlook plugin functionality could be improved

I like the idea that the outlook plugin allows me to create folders for each matter. However, this process should be automated for all new matters created and should happen without the need to file an email. As it stands now, it is easier to manually create the folder.  In addition, the plugin could do more to automate time entries for outlook emails.
