Billing categories entered at the matter level don't pull onto the Aged Invoices or Aged Invoice w/ WIP reports.
The most useful and accurate place to enter billing categories is at the matter/project level and the field is included on the matter "Invoice Settings" tab. It is common that we'll have different billing categories for the same client, based on the different matters. That field isn't included in the revenue or invoice reports. This prevents us from being able to filter by billing categories or to easily examine data across the types of billing categories.
If those reports would include matter/project choices so that the information from the matter invoice settings tab is included, that would make the report more useful.
How often would you use this request?
Every time the report is run and every time we use the report data.
