Only allow a user to be logged into 1 device at a time.

We recently found out the hard way that more than one person can use one user's login (Mary was logged in, and someone else logged in as Marry from offsite). It would be a wonderful safeguard against an unauthorized user being able to get into the system if when Mary is logged in at the office, no other person could log in as Mary from any other location.
