I've set up a new email message to be sent with the bills, different from the default message through Timesolv (the one that says something like "Attached is an invoice...I am happy to serve you"). However, once I did that, the emails don't say "Dear __." It would be helpful to be allowed to address the contact receiving the emailed bill (i.e., "Dear John, Please see the attached invoice..."). Right now the mail just shows the text (e.g., "Please see the attached invoice...," without an intro of "Dear __." It's very impersonal.
