Statements & Bills

When a client owes money, they should get a bill. Period. It doesn't make sense that they not get a bill. As it stands now, clients who haven't had billing during the bill period get a statement if they owe money. This requires running bills and then runnning the statements. Statements are great when a client wants a recap, but when they owe, they should get a bill.
