We asked that a line showing the amount due for trust replenishment be added, and it was. However, it is not displaying correctly. The line simply shows the total dollar amount of the "replenish to" line, rather than the difference between the "replenish to" and the amount left in trust. For example, I have "replenish to" set to $1,500.00 and the client has $633.75 left in trust. The trust replenishment amount should show as $866.25 rather than $1,500.00. My clients are confused and are trying to pay $1,500.00 instead of the $866.25 that is due. Please correct so this line ties to the correct amount? See attached screenshot. I also have clients that don't have a replenishment due that try to pay that full replenishment amount due to it showing on the page that way.
