Create custom rate groups

Would be helpful to create custom rate groups, in addition to having Timekeeper Default, Global Rate, etc. We update our rates annually but only want to apply them going forward, this requires us to manually enter rates per timekeeper for each new matter. Creating custom rate groups would make this process so much easier.
