Our paralegal needs a single report to pull that will reflect client payment history, payment billing history (balance due), and trust payments. The "Invoice Summary with Payment Allocation" Report includes the invoice (billed) time, the amount paid, and the amount owed- but there is nothing on this report that shows what the client has on retainer if they did not have a balance owed. These could all be different numbers depending on the case. If there was a single report reflecting this, that would be great.
How often would you use this request?
We would always use this report. Our paralegals are constantly using these figures for financial statements. I could imagine this would be very helpful for other firms too.
