Allow a LEDES subtask code default (required, not displayed, optional) at client level, rather than firm level

I have an insurance client that requires LEDES billing with subtask codes. I have other clients that don't. Timesolv allows me to set the subtask code default (required, not displayed, optional) only at the firm-wide level, meaning I manually have to choose "required" as the firm-wide default, and then, at the matter level, change to "optional" or "not displayed" when opening new matters for the clients that do not require subtask codes.
