Show the rate on the app for entering time

I have different rates, depending on the client. I can enter time on the website and the rate automatically populates based on what was set. That is not what happens with the app. It is empty. It would be very helpful to self populate based on the settings for the client. Otherwise, I need to go back to the website to see the rate to enter on the app, which defeats the purpose of the app.
