Accounts Receivable Report Group by Matter Option

Some of our clients have matters that belong to a separate billing category than the client. Let's say most of the matters of a client have no billing category, but one of the matters does have a billing category and you would like this matter to show when you run an accounts receivable report by billing category. Right now if the client is not in this category the matter won't show. It would be nice if the matter can act independently of the client in a billing category. You have this option to assign a billing category to a matter already.

How often would you use this request?

Very often as we have two types of billing categories for one client in many cases.
