Feature Request- Password Resets

When employees select the "reset password" option, they often don't receive an auotmated email (and yes, I have them check their junk folder). If this can't be resolved, it would be great to have the option for administrators to trigger an automatic email, rather than having to reset a password on someone's behalf and having to email them separately.
