Update Multiple Rates from Drafts

I know you can change rates globally, but would there be a way to update several rates (but not all) at the same time on the Draft invoices.... similar to the Copy/Move or Change Invoice Date options. Sometimes the rates change during the invoice period and we have to delete the invoice, go to global rates, change them, then redraft. This would save time. Thank you.
