Ability to require responsible professional on new matters

I noticed that when you create a new matter, it does not require a responsible professional. Some firms may not need this, but it does make running aging reports by responsible professional difficult.

How often would you use this request?

If this is a set-up/setting that you can flag as a required field, all new matters would have a professional linked to them and make reports by professional much more meaningful.
