Many of our contracts include both hourly fees and flat/fixed rate fees for specific activities such as a training. If the fixed rates could be set for a project, when time is entered for that activity it would automatically fill in the flat/fixed rate fee. The only place I can find to hold the specific fixed rate information for a project is in the notes section. At invoicing almost all time entries for fixed rates need to be manually corrected because timekeepers often can't remember or don't know the rates.
