Consistent entry field order and location is important. I feel the online time entry screen flows in a manner that makes sense. I love the Outlook plugin, but do find myself missing the time portion because I click on the client/project first (as with the webpage), fill in the rest, and then click the SAVE. I usually recognize the error, then have to the web page to fix the time. If not recognized, there is a 0 in the time entry that I hope is caught during billing. Don't confuse the with requiring a time field entry >0.0.
