Many of our clients are monthly fixed Fee. My understanding the only way to do monthly fixed fee billing is to enter them as re-occurring expense. However, it would be good to have more flexible monthly fixed fee billing, where as the Expense Code can say "Monthly Accounting Services January 2021" whereas the date is a field that will change each month that a reoccurring bill is generated.
