Choose when to send login info to a new user

Since TimeSolv automatically sends a Welcome email as soon as a user is set up, it happens before the permissions and projects are set up for the resource.  I would like there to be a button that pushes the Welcome email to the new resource once the system access is ready.

Monthly ... as new resources are added.

    My recommendation would be to use your email address for the account until you have finalized the account. Then changes it over to the timekeeper's information and give them access when you decide.
