Creating retainer invoice the default setting is to automatically send invoice to client. The default setting should be to not send to the client.

Let the user select to send the invoice to the client by checking the box (rather than unchecking" the box. Furthermore, the checkbox is not initially visible on the screen until after a matter is selected.
