Conflict Searches - Should look at description entries as well

Conflict searches should include looking at anything that might have been entered in the Description of a time entry as well. This would allow results to pop for any involvement we might have had and also work to include potential client listing that are dropped into a MISC matter.

    Conflict searches should have ability to check for phrases and all/any words simultaneously (ie search phrases by having phrase in quotes). As is we either get extra results or have to run each party separately. Both options dysfunctional.

    Conflict searches should include looking at time entries description area. This would give us a more thorough interaction result.
