Ability to Generate Statements by Responsible Professional

Add the ability to generate statements by Responsible Professional. When RP drafts are approved and billings are sent out, it would be nice to be able to generate statements at the same time by RP. Since RP may approve bills and send bills at different times, this would allow better more efficient use of time around creating and sending statements

    This feature is already available. You can select the 'Responsible Professional' option from the 'Create For' dropdown.
