Needs to be 2 separate on the search screen because after you enter the change to be made, you are just thinking the button below acts like enter and instinctively hit the copy button on the left, rather than thinking about that at that point you need to decide if you are copying or moving. Do you understand what I mean? On search screen, one button for copy and one button for move (actually the word move should be change or edit). If you hit copy by accident on a lot of entries, it is very time-consuming to delete the dups! Trust me, I've had to do it!
There is one button on the Search screen, once clicked a pop-up opens and then you'll see two buttons. We tried to not to clutter up the UI
