design first page and headers and footers

I would like to design the first page how I want. For example, Name and address of firm top and centered and include the phone number; place date in place and formate of my choosing, as well as Invoice number and Refererence/matter. Also be able to put the headers and footers where I see fit, as well as adjust font size for same.
