When entering clients and contacts info, we need a field for home phone as well as mobile and office.
How often would you use this request?
I would use this with every single entry. There is a field for pager, but not one for home phone? The vast majority of our clients have a home and a cell phone. I have no place to put the number. |
You can use Custom Fields for this purpose. Under Client -> Settings, Custom Fields tab, you have the option to specify the fields that you want to be available for Client, Matter, Contact etc.

Looks like we don't have an option, or we put it in a random field, and let the staff know, or I did try putting it below in "notes" section, but when you pull up client and/or contact, that note does not show. So that was useless.
